However, you can not retrieve the page with internet browser if you are away from your system or your system is not currently “On”. This problem is no more associated with bookmark sites. Anywhere, and anytime, you can find the web page of your interest that you have saved with a social bookmark site provided you are connected to the net. Not only this advantage, another advantage of book marking a page is that it can be shared among interested people if you agree to this option at the time of bookmarking a webpage. Really Simple Syndication (RSS) allows you to get information sent directly to you without opening the sites related to that information individually. Uses of RSS can not be described in short. You have to know basics of this earn while learn game.  You will learn by your mistakes but sometimes it may be shocking for you if you do hard work and establish yourself as a top blogger and thereafter something goew wrong you may be bit disaapointed. Hence, I will recommend you to go through these basics and do some home work and then start blogging.

1. selection of the platform/site: You have to be very careful before joining a site, Hence, make a survey where you can earn good amount of money. Different sites have different money models. There are some sites where you can earn money using the publisher ID of different networks. On some sites you don’t need to have an account with ad networks. Best strategy is to select both type of sites.

Examples of few sites are given below.

Blog.co.in: Here you need to become a publisher of google adsense, adbrite or yahoo publisher network. You get 60% of the impressions displayed on your blogs. This means roughly you share 60% earnings generated through clicks on ads.

Hubpages.com: revenue model is similar to the blog.co.in. On this site you can earn money by becoming publisher of google adsense, Kontera, Amazon and eBay. On hubpages, you also share revenue with traffic attracted to hubpages through your efforts. This site offers better chances of online earnings as it attracts huge traffic&; to your blogs with less efforts. Impressions are shared on 60:40 basis where you earn 60% impressions of google ads and you get commissions of sales from Amazon and eBay.

Squidoo.com: revenue model is different from blog.co.in and hubpages.com. On this site you don’t need publisher account with different ad network. Earnings from google adsense ads are pooled and distributed proportionally among bloggers (called lensmasters) based on the blog (Lens) ranking. This is done to avoid fraud clicks. However, bloggers earns commissions if there are any sales through clicks on ads of Amazon, eBay etc.

There are several other sites where you can earn money in similar way as on these sites.

2. Have Patience: You are needed to have patience to earn money from blogging. It may take 6 -8 months to reach your minimum payout set by different sites and ad network. If you have patience and time and make sincere efforts, you may earn about $100  per month or bimonthly depending on the quality and quantity of your blogs. In my opinion its a nice way to earn online money working from home for educated housewives and retired people in India. You can write on any topic but its better to concentrate on topics which interests you.

3. Precautions: There are several incidences where publishers lose their publisher account either by own faults or due to attacks by others. Particularly, google adsense account is prone for such an attack by an enemy. There are provisions to list your sites in “My Allowed Sites list” or White publishers list. Avoid confronting with others. Never copy contents from other sites and always publish original content. Best strategy is to publish your content on sites where you need a publisher account and where no such account is needed.

4. Regular updating: you should visit your blogs regularly and try to update your blogs. This keeps your blogs always indexed by search engines. Remember traffic is must for earning money.

UGC constituted pay panel headed by Professor Chaddha to look into the grievances of teachers serving in universities and colleges in the India and suggest new pay package since 6 pay commission has already submitted its report to Govt. of India and the report has already been accepted and implemented by the Govt. UGC Pay Panel submitted its report on 3rd October, 2008 that has to be accepted by the UGC and Govt. of India.

Report is cheered by the Professors but protesred by the Assist. Professors, Associate Professors and Readers. A faculty member will join as an assistant professor, not as a lecturer as earlier. The teacher at the entry level will be entitled for a grade pay of Rs 6,600 and will draw a salary between Rs15,600 and Rs39,100.. A lecturer’s pay scale at present is between Rs8,000 to Rs13,500. For assistant professor, assistant professor (senior scale) and assistant professor (senior grade), the pay scale will be between Rs15,600 and Rs39,100 while the grade pay will vary. A teacher will be entitled for annual increment of three per cent of the basic salary with compounding effect. Teachers with good performance record can get four per cent annual increment. The committee has recommended a new band pay between Rs 37,400 and Rs 67,000 for professors against the existing scale of Rs16,400 and Rs 22,400. All the teachers will be happy to see the pay package proposed by the UGC Pay Panel except the teachers in existing pay package of 10000-15600 and 12000-420-18,300. Erstwhile Associate Profeesors/Readers are proposed to be fixed in the pay band 15600-39,100 pay band whereas the UG College Principals of the same scale have been proposed to be fixed in the pay band of 37,400-67000. UGC Pay Panel has shown special favor to Professors by increasing their grade pay that should have been fixed to 10,000 but has been proposed to be 11,000. Govt. has upgraded the existing pay scales ending with 18, 300 to Pay Band - 4 though 6th Pay Commission has proposed it to be in Pay band -3. Why has the UGC pay panel has proposed teachers drawing pay in the existing pay scale of Rs 12000-18300 to be fixed in the pay band -3. Although UG Principals placed in the existing pay scale of Rs 12000-420-18300 has been proposed to be fixed in Pay Band-4 (Rs 37000-67000), why not the teachers of the same scale have been proposed to be fixed in Pay Band-4?
